Another important point that most people are not aware of is, a lot of positions are not circulated by normal means due to the Employers need for confidentiality. These positions are often times contracted with Horticulture Personnel and the unsuspecting candidate will miss out on some of the best positions the industry has to offer if he/she is not working with Horticulture Personnel.

Am I obligated for any length of time?

Do you follow up with your placements?
-
We have no set rules for follow-up, after one of our client companies hires someone submitted by Horticulture Personnel our responsibilities have come to an end. We have no influence over the future of the candidate and it is now the responsibility of the company and the candidate to work together and to continue to fulfill each others expectations. If for any reason you want to call and report how things are working out we welcome your call and from time to time we will call the client company and/or the candidate to see how successful they feel the relationship is turning out.

What if I don't like the job?
-
It is our intentions at Horticulture Personnel to make sure that candidates and positions are thoroughly screened to make sure they are compatible. In addition to the normal actions one has the liberty to take, Horticulture Personnel is always available to listen and council you about your concerns, but ultimately what you do at this point is a decision you will have the freedom to make. Horticulture Personnel will always encourage the candidate to take a proactive position and discuss their situation with the person or persons responsible for hiring them; many good positions are lost because concerns were not brought to someone’s attention that could have helped them. Companies do not like to lose good people so we like to see you give them a chance to fix things.
